About Me

In 2017 I graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Counselling and Psychotherapy studies from the Irish College Of Humanities And Applied Science.

In 2021 I completed a  Bachelor of Art in The Principles of Art Therapy.

In 2023 I completed my training specialising working with sexual violence with Rape Midwest and am  registered therapist with Rape Crisis Network Ireland. 

In 2024 I have completed Star Magic Facilitator Training. Star Magic Healing is a powerful energy healing modality that enables a Trained Facilitator to access your holographic blueprint and activate change that will create physical, mental and emotional results quickly.

It's a dream come to be reality to be able to utilise my creativity to create change in the world. Often our worlds can become clouded and feel overwhelming at times, it is my aim to create a space for you to heal yourself mind, body and spirit. I continue to pursue continuous professional development and part take of regular supervision in order to maintain personal and professional growth. I am a registered, accredited Therapist with A.P.C.P the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapist Ireland and therefore am governed by the A.P.C.P code of ethics.
