"Having children including my 4month old, physically my body had been so drained and worn out. For me I can find everyday tasks sometimes overwhelming, difficult to be present and overall guilty for feeling this way while looking after my kids. I knew it all started with me trying to take back my power over myself.

I found Aisling very professional and reassuring. At first I was quite nervous as it all seems a bit daunting. Aisling reassured me that it is ok to do this for myself and, relax even suggested I played relaxing music during the session.I didn't know what to expect, I focused on breathing into my belly as suggested, although we were in different places I knew the session had begun as I felt pins and needles, goosebumps and sensation in my feet which traveled up my legs, yet I was not overwhelmed or taken back I actually found myself to be very relaxed. I just found myself to be smiling and felt so light after. It has only been a few days but Im finding Im much more relaxed about things that would previously overwhelm me, seeing the joy in it rather than dreading it and laughing more... more than I have in a long time.

My sense of hopelessness and "what's the point" is slowly fading from my being and I feel like myself again. Things are not as serious as they may seem for me this is absolute magic.

 

As I prepared myself for the session, I decided on music that my grandmother loved, I asked her to protect me as I dived into this healing session When the healing session had ended and Aisling was consulting with me, she mentioned asking my guardian angel to protect me, but she saw that my grandmother is also protecting me. I found this remarkable and filled me with so much peace. We all go through life saying these things and that our loved ones are with us but to understand it's not just a saying is a revelation in itself. I never felt a disconnect from my grandmother when she passed, because she never left.

Aisling is truly magical in her own right and gives off nothing but good intentions and welcomes your soul with openness and understanding. I would defiantly be open to star magic healing again and look forward to watching myself return without the unnecessary thoughts and pressures holding me back!
